Hans von Tschammer und Osten
Reichssportführer, "Sports Leader of the Empire"
Hans earned distinction in WWI, rising through the rank before the war ended. He is technically a member of the German upper classes, receiving many of the educational and employment opportunities that opens. He is an avid sportsman with a strong belief that sports and athletics develops positive and admirable traits in the young and old alike. He joined the Nazi party early in it’s development and finds it easy to admire their organization abilities. He enjoys the power and scope being the Reichssportführer gives him and is tireless in promoting German sports and athletics around the world. He was instrumental in getting the Olympic Games to Berlin and is at the top of his power and game. He is enforcing the Aryan-only athlete (almost) policy but doesn’t seem to take any joy from denying superior Jewish athletes a chance to compete for Germany. His own personal racial thoughts are well guarded. He certainly isn’t standing up for the Jew.
